We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care products (including cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
